Crack Injection Adhesive
A low-viscosity, two-component epoxy resin formulated for pressure injection into fine cracks in concrete structures. It provides deep penetration, strong adhesion, and restores structural integrity.
Key Features
- Ultra-low viscosity for excellent penetration into fine cracks (0.1–3mm)
- High adhesive and tensile strength after curing
- Permanently bonds cracked concrete elements
- Non-shrinking and moisture-resistant
- Suitable for pressure or gravity injection methods
- Ideal for both dry and slightly damp concrete
Applications
- Structural crack repair in concrete beams, slabs, and columns
- Restoration of load-bearing capacity in cracked elements
- Injection repair in bridges, tunnels, parking decks, and tanks
- Injection repair in bridges, tunnels, parking decks, and tanks
- Microcrack sealing in water-retaining structures
