Two-component, low-viscosity epoxy primer that penetrates and consolidates concrete and masonry substrates, effectively eliminating outgassing and providing a high-bond adhesion bridge for subsequently applied FIDSTRONG carbon fibre strengthening systems. Moisture tolerant and solvent-free with low VOC, FSE 302 can be applied to damp substrates and cures to form a durable, high-strength bond exceeding 20 MPa to concrete.
