Unidirectional E-Glass Fibre Fabric (FSG Series)
FSG-series unidirectional E-glass fibre fabrics are designed for externally bonded structural strengthening of concrete, masonry, and timber elements. Used with FidStrong FSE-series epoxy systems (primer + saturating resin), the fabric forms a high-performance FRP composite with a tensile strength of 2,560 MPa on a net-fibre basis.
Glass fibre is non-conductive and non-magnetic, making it the right choice wherever a non-metallic, electrically transparent reinforcement is required. Five areal weights from 200 to 600 g/m² let you match reinforcement per ply to the design demand — heavier fabrics deliver more capacity per layer and reduce the number of plies required. All grades are tested per ASTM D3039 (≥ 25 specimens per property) with design methodology per ACI 440.2R.
